David founded Strat Edge IQ to introduce a more thoughtful and effective way to gain actionable insights, leveraging technology as part of a "modular research" approach.

He has spent 30+ years as both a research / insight practitioner and as a user, holding roles with leading consumer products companies, strategic consultancies, and innovation firms.

When not learning about customers, he enjoys spending time with his family (including rescued dog Charlie), riding motorcycles, playing classical violin, and raising money for local charities.

Theo, founder of StratEdge IQ partner Web XB, brings an unconventional but powerful approach to research. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and methodologies, we’re able to drill deeper into customer behavior and decision-making than ever before.

Theo has spent the last decade working alongside market-leading companies to understand customers and propel innovation, new product development, customer, and brand experience to new heights.

In his spare time, Theo likes to read about the experiences soldiers had on the Eastern Front in WWII, grow his coffee brand, Wellness Grounds and (not by choice) act as a servant to his two cats, Blueberry and Muffin.

Tori thinks people are fascinating. The things they do, the decisions they make, and the products they buy. She is curious about what drives people’s decision making, and in particular the emotions that influence them.

Tori has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands, starting at Nielsen and getting to grips with the “how” and the “what”, then moving on to work with boutique agencies at the cutting-edge of technology to unpick the “why”. She thrives when bringing together information and inspiration from all corners and assimilating it into more than the sum of its parts.

Outside work you will find her ferrying her kids to activities, supporting local primary school children to improve their numeracy skills or behind her sewing machine, bringing together small pieces to make something more than the sum of their parts.

Suresh Sundaram, PhD

Suresh is focused on working with clients to provide strategic marketing guidance while identifying and deploying appropriate research methodologies to identify the most effective and efficient solutions to business problems.

Suresh has over 20 years of experience in designing and conducting marketing global research projects across multiple industry sectors. He is also on the full-time faculty at the University of Delaware where he teaches courses in Marketing Strategy and Marketing Research.

When not teaching or conducting research, he enjoys listening to music, reading, watching crime shows and is an avid fan of the game of cricket. He is a tech geek and loves to try out new gadgets as soon as they are introduced to the market.
